| 摘 要： | 土地利用规划实施评价对于落实动态规划、强化实施具有重要意义。结合土地利用总体规划实施评价的特点和模糊方法要求，以探讨和实践一套系统科学的规划实施评价方法为目的，提出评价指标体系及其权重，对评价指标的量化方法和隶属函数具体化，并结合具体实例加以验证。研究认为，基于模糊综合评判的规划实施评价方法行之有效。

| Abstract: | Assessing the implementation of comprehensive land use planning is of importance for dynamic planning and the implementation.This paper provides the architecture of assessment elements and the weights of each one,and then introduces the measurement methods for each element and the fuzzy subject function.Based on this,the paper explores and puts into practice the Fuzzy Comprehensive Assessment Methods in assessing the implementation of land use planning ,concluding that the method is feasible on the whole. |
