土地利用变化的旅游驱动力研究

旅游发展与区域土地利用变化相互关联。旅游发展受制于区域资源要素，同时也是导致土地利用大规模，多样化转变的人文驱动力之一，旅游业对区域经济的促进作用也建立在这一基础之上。文章剖析了区域旅游发展进程中，土地资源利用方式、形态及其价值变化的旅游驱动机制，并根据区域旅游资源分布基础和旅游需求类型，进一步总结了旅游用地的空间分布形态。

Study on the Tourism Driving Force of Land use Change

Tourism developing is one of the main driving forces impacting regional land use change. The favorable policy formulated by the central and local governments, the rapid improvement of infrastructures, the higher competitive power on land use , the investment cost of tourist developer and the tourist demands altogether transform the use of regional land resources. The paper analyzes the influencing methods, processes and results of land use change , and then puts forward four spatial distributions types of tourist land uses. Tourism driving force will continue to affect land use in the future.
