摘    要:由商标品牌、技术专利、商业秘密、商誉、专营特许权等组成的企业无形资产,可视作企业运行的“软资源”。无形资严“软资源”在企业经营中正发挥着愈来愈重要的作用。无形资产的开发策略有:营造规范、塑造形象、购实专利等。无形资产的运用策略有:用足牌子、扩大市场、输出管理等。无形资产的维护策略有:全员维护、法律维护、及时维护等。

How to Use "Soft Resources
Abstract:Abstract The intangible property of enterprises, compoded of brand.technical patent.business secret.business prestige and exclusive right,can be considered as the soft resources of business operations,which are playing a more and more important role in business management. Tactics of developing the intangible property are:standard constructing,figure creation and patent purchasing. Tactics of using it are:brand using. market expanding and administration exporting. Tactics of maintaining it are: staff maintenance. legal maintenance and immediate maintenance.
