| 摘 要： | 市政施工企业项目成本管理就是在低成本的管理下能以最具竞争力的价格获得项目的中标,以尽可能低的作业成本运作,使企业利益最大化。因而,要使企业求生存、谋发展,企业的低成本经营管理就是以项目部的全员为基础的成本管理,从而提高企业成本管理水平。

| Abstract: | The project cost management of municipal construction enterprises is that it can get the successful bidder with the most competitive prices under the low-cost management,operate at the lowest possible costs,and maximize the business interests.Therefore,to enable enterprises to seek survival and development,low-cost management of enterprise is the cost management based on all our employees in project department,so as to improve the level of enterprise’s cost management. |
