加强建筑质量监督的措施的探讨

随着我国社会经济的不断进步,建筑行业的持续发展,建筑工程的建设需求在不断扩大。虽然我国的建筑技术和施工水平都实现了很大的跨越,但是建筑的质量问题却长期没有得到有效的改善,主要就是质量监督制度的不健全和监督措施的贯彻不力。其中,一些严重的质量问题已经严重影响了施工企业的信誉和形象,甚至给国家和人民造成了严重的生命财产损失,不利于企业的长期稳定与发展,鉴于此,本文将对加强建筑质量监督的措施进行相关探讨。

Discussion on the Measures to Strengthen the Quality Supervision of Construction

With the continuous progress in China’s society and economy and the sustainable development of the construction industry,the demand of construction continues to expand.Although our country’s construction techniques and construction levels have made a great leap,the quality of construction has not been effectively improved.The main problems reveal that the quality supervision system is not perfect and supervisory measures have not been carried out effectively.Among them some serious quality problems have seriously affected the credibility and image of the construction enterprise,even caused a serious loss of lives and property to the country and people.They are not conducive to the long-term stability and development.In view of this,this paper is aim to have a discussion of the related measures to strengthen the quality supervision of construction.
