| 摘 要： | 港口项目在国民经济中的地位越来越重,本身在建设过程中的风险不容小觑,然而项目风险的动态性特征使得传统的项目风险管理已经能够不能满足其要求,本文对港口项目风险辨识的基础上,指出了港口项目动态风险管理的过程性、全员性和系统性特征,同时提出了港口项目的动态风险管理流程。

| Abstract: | The status of port project becomes more important in national economy,and its risk in construction process can not be underestimated.However due to the dynamic features of project risk,the traditional project risk management cannot meet its requirements.On the basis of risk identification of port project,this paper pointed out the process fcature,all staff feature and systemic feature of port project dynamic risk management,while made the dynamic risk management process of port project. |
