我国社区管理中存在的问题及对策研究——以馨园小区为例

随着中国政治、经济体制改革的不断深入和城市化进程的加速,城市社区的地位和作用日益重要,社区管理已经成为中国社会发展中的一个战略性问题。本文在对社区管理相关理论进行分析的基础上通过对馨园小区在社区管理中存在问题的全而分析,提出了如何做好社区管理中角色转换及定位思路,并探讨了新的社区管理办法,完善社区管理体制。

Existing Problems in XinYuan Community Management and Relevant Policies

As China has continually carried out political and economic system reform and accelerated urbanization,urban community is playing an increasingly important role.As a result,community management has become a strategic problem during the development of China.Through the thorough analysis of existing problems in XinYuan community management,this paper puts forward how to change roles and strategy and explores new methods to improve community management system on the basis of analysis of theories relevant to community management.
