| Abstract: | A scientific research secretary in secondary colleges serves as a bond between the scientific research management department and the researchers.With an enhanced emphasis on the importance of scientific research,the work of a scientific research secretary will have a direct influence on the quality of scientific research management.This paper gives an analysis of the work central to a scientific research secretary in secondary colleges and addresses the secretary’s required basic qualities and professional capabilities. |
