新组建高职院校师资队伍建设:问题与对策

师资队伍建设是新组建高职院校工作的重中之重。新组建的高职院校师资队伍建设存在较多问题,诸如师资结构不合理、双师型师资缺乏、兼职教师数量偏少等。因此,本文提出了相应的对策,尝试为新组建高职院校师资队伍建设提供可行性建议。

Faculty Building of the Newly Formed Higher Vocational College: Problems and Countermeasures

The faculty building is the most important task of newly formed higher vocational college.The newly formed vocational college exists more problems about faculty building,such as the irrational structure of teachers,lack of dual-qualified teachers,and other relatively small number of parttime teachers.Therefore,the paper puts the proposed countermeasures,and tries to set up feasibility proposal for the new faculty building of higher vocational college.
