供应链模式下企业存货管理问题分析及应对策略

本文综合分析了影响供应链存货的主要因素,以及产生供应链存货的根源,针对当前供应链模式下存货管理中亟待解决的问题,诸如:供应链主体不确定、信息独占、需求不正当预测、供应链主体间的合作、物流管理水平、顾客满意度低等问题提出相应策略,期望对企业存货管理有所帮助。

Problems in Enterprise Inventory Management and Strategies under Supply Chain

This paper makes integrated analysis on the main factors that affecting supply chain stock and the root cause of supply chain stock.For the problems in the current stock management under supply chain mode,such as,uncertain supply chain main body,information exclusive,improper needs forecasting,cooperation between the main body of supply chain,logistics management level,customer satisfaction,and so on,this paper made corresponding policy,in hope of helping enterprise stock management.
