破除所有制界限焕发经济活力

当前,所有制界限制约了中国经济发展的活力.所有制界限根源于苏联的传统所有制理论,正如计划经济体制与市场经济体制的界限根源于苏联的经济体制理论一样,它束缚了人们的改革思想,遏制了经济社会发展的活力.苏联的传统所有制理论不但不符合马克思主义经典作家的原意,也违反了基本的逻辑规律,同时也不利于实现社会主义初级阶段共同富裕的目标.只有按照党的十八届三中全会的指导思想,破除所有制界限,才能夯实我国经济社会发展的基础,进一步焕发经济活力.

Breaking the Boundaries of Ownership for Coruscating Economic Vitality

Abstract： Currently, ownership boundaries seriously restrict the vitality of China＇s economic development. The ownership boundaries are rooted in the traditional ownership theory of the pre-Soviet Union. Similar to the boundaries of the planned economy and market economy system, it bound people＇s minds of reform and curbs the vitality of economic development. The theory does not only deviate the intent of the Marxist classical writers, but also violate the basic laws of logic ; as well, it is harmful to the goal of achieving common prosperity at initial stage of the socialism. To reinforce the solid foundation of the economic and social development and to further coruscate economy vitality, the only solution is to strictly follow the guidance of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, breaking the ownership boundaries.
