摘    要:废弃食用油生物燃料化是应对食品安全、环境污染及能源安全的三赢举措之一。文章从回收成本、政府补贴、反哺机制、技术支持与管制等维度对比分析了废弃食用油生物燃料化过程中的回收模式选择,研究表明苏州模式与南京模式总体要优于宁波模式、兰州模式,但苏州模式、南京模式在惩罚机制、反哺机制等方面仍然需要进一步完善。

Abstract:Converting waste cooking oil into biofuel is a three-win solution, dealing simultaneously with food security, pollution, and energysecurity. This paper compares recycling modes during the process of producing biofuel with waste cooking oil from the perspective of recyclingcosts, government subsidies, feeding mechanisms, technological support and regulation. Results indicate that Soochow and Nanjing modes aresuperior to Ningbo and Lanzhou modes, however, Soochow and Nanjing modes still need improvement in the mechanism of punishment andfeeding.
