| 摘 要： | 作为典型的中等强国、温和的穆斯林国家,马来西亚在国际社会中能担当示范性角色。马来西亚是海上丝绸之路的枢纽国家,中东是“一带一路”的交汇地,二者都在“一带一路”倡议落地中发挥关键性作用。马来西亚中东政策与其推动“一带一路”倡议落地有着共同目标,本文拟从身份与政策视角出发,分析马来西亚推动“一带一路”倡议落地的能力、意愿和局限,进而具体探析马来西亚中东政策对“一带一路”倡议在中东落地可具有的推动作用,最后分析中马合作推动“一带一路”倡议在中东推广的可能性。 |

| Abstract: | Contributes to being a typical medium power,moderate Muslim country and successful Muslim country,Malaysia can play an exemplary role in the international community.Malaysia is the hinge of the Maritime Silk Road and the Middle East is the intersection of the"Belt and Road".Both of them play a key role in the implementation of the"Belt and Road"initiative.Malaysia's Middle East policy share a common goal with its advancement for the"Belt and Road"initiative.This thesis will analyze Malaysia's ability,willingness and limitation to promote the"Belt and Road"initiative from the perspective of identity and policy.Then it analyzes the role of Malaysia's Middle East policy in promoting the"Belt and Road"initiative in the Middle East.Finally,it will explore the possibility of cooperation for Sino-Malaysia in promoting the popularization of the"Belt and Road"initiative in the Middle East. |
