| 摘 要： | 金融风暴下,面对融资困难、市场混乱等冲击,房地产企业加强财务信息与管理研究是企业缓解压力、稳定发展的重要举措.本文研究了房地产企业面对金融风暴时财务信息管理的主要问题,研究了在企业处于危机时,企业财务信息的常见问题和在危机不同时期的活动特征,提出了应对企业危机时企业财务信息管理的内容和环节,丰富了企业应对危机管理的内容.
