| Abstract: | Based on the summarization and analysis about the theories of the industrial clusters phenomena, this paper summarized the developing status of the industrial clusters phenomenal in China's south-east regions and analyzed the economic mechanism about how to produce rapidly so many industrial clusters phenomena. Then the paper concludes the meanings of policy about industrial clusters and gives some suggestions to local government to develop industries. |
