| Abstract: | The training of troops POL professional is an important content of POL support capability construction.On the basis of transforming the pattern of creating support capability,the author suggests that we should establish the scientific training concepts,focus on the accurate training object,optimize the training mode,broaden the training path and make the perfection in the management mechanism so as to accelerate the training of troops POL professional. |
