| 摘 要： | 管理创新是企业发展的永恒主题,贯穿于企业生命的始终。在分析企业管理创新的必要性的基础上,从企业战略、企业管理基础创新和企业文化创新三方面分别研究企业管理创新的途径。在中国的企业正处在进行制度改革和创新的时期背景下,研究企业管理的创新问题并探讨其管理创新的途径,对企业的发展具有非常重要的指导意义,是保证企业成为真正的市场主体的重要支撑。

| Abstract: | Management innovation problem is a perpetual subject of enterprise development.It services in the whole enterprise＇s life.In this article,we firstly give the necessities of enterprise management innovation.Then,we study its management innovation approaches from enterprise strategics,management basing innovation and culture innovation.Nowadays,Chinese enterprises are taking institutional reformation and innovation actively.Studying the innovation problem of enterprise management,and researching its management innovation approaches can give directive significance to the enterprise development.Also,it＇s an important support for our enterprises to become real subjects in current market. |
