社会信用标准适用性分析指标体系框架研究

十六大以来,党中央、国务院高度重视社会信用体系建设工作。2007年3月23日,国务院办公厅下发了《关于社会信用体系建设的若干意见》（国办发2007]17号）文件,明确提出了要形成完整、科学的信用标准体系。近年来,为推进社会信用体系建设,我国制定发布了系列社会信用标准。文章在＂十一五＂国家科技支撑计划重点项目＂关键技术标准推进工程＂课题＂重要公益类技术标准研制＂任务＂信用关键技术标准研制＂研究成果的基础上,建立了一套指标体系,为评估社会信用标准的适用性提供参考框架。

Research on Index System Of Social Credit Standard Applicability Evaluation

Since the 16th Party＇s National Congress, the Party and the State Council accord great importance to construction of social credit system. On March 23 2007, the General Office of the State Council released Opinions on Social Credit System Construction which makes demands of establishment of credit standard system scientifically. In recent years, China established series of social credit standard system. Under the framework of the Major Project Supported by the Eleventh Five-Year Plan for National Science and Technology-the Project Giving Impetus to the Standards of Key Technology, this paper builds index system for evaluating social credit standard applicability.
