| 摘 要： | 在分析应急选址的研究背景及意义的基础上，总结了国内外关于城市应急资源优化配置模型的研究，并提出了典型的应急设施选址方法，最后对设施选址方法进行适用性的比较，为解决城市重大自然灾害应急服务设施优化配置的问题提供了思路。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the background and significance of researches on emergency location allocation,the paper summarizes studies on the optimized distribution model of city emergency resources and proposes classic approaches to the emergency location allocation problem.Finally it carries out a comparative study on the adaptability of the approaches,shedding light on a new path to the service facility distribution optimization in the events of major natural disasters. |
