| Abstract: | One of the important part of innovation indicators is the indicators of quality evaluation on the drug patent.In order to enhance Chinese international comparability of drug patent indicators and provide the basis for the analysis and formulation of national,regional and industrial policies,a patent evaluation index system composed of four modules of the quantity,quality,structure and the level of patent protection has been established in this paper. |
