| Abstract: | The paper stated the necessity of the human resources encouraging system in China coal enterprises.Base on the importance of the human resources management mechanism established in China coal enterprises,according the actual problems existed in the human resources management,the related countermeasures of the human resources management were provided for the coal industry in order to improve the human resources management level of the coal enterprises. |
