对《钻井和采油提升设备规范》“采标”中几个问题的分析

等效采用APISpec8A为我国石油天然气行业标准《钻井和采油提升设备规范》,处理好采标标准中的引用标准是关键.为此.应由标准化主管部门组织成立采标专家组或跟踪小组,将采标中的引用标准进行分析、研究、对照,给出相应的引用标准的中英文版本,指导起草单位使用正式中译本出版物.建议引用标准溯源时,应给出原文信息和提供作为参考的中译本,使得标准的可操作性更强.

Therefore the department in charge should organize expert group for adopting standard or tracking group for the standardization when analysing, studying and comparing the quoted standards in adopted standard, giving relevant Chinese and English edition of quoted standards, guiding drafting unit use formal Chinese translation. It is suggested that references of original work and Chinese translation for reference should be given when the the original standard is quoted, enabling the standard operability more powerful.
