| 摘 要： | 通过对中印科技奖励制度的类型以及特征、获奖者的社会分布、获奖后效等方面的对比,研究中印科技奖励制度的差异,在此基础上,提出了中国科技奖励要引导科学家加大农学等基础科学研究,要重视对个人的奖励。 |
