国际化旅游人才培养模式研究

采用文献归纳法,从培养规模、培养层次、培养主体、培养条件和培养模式等方面分析了我国旅游人才培养现状,指出目标定位模糊、培养主体单一、与产业需求错位、课程体系趋同、培养方式单一、师资力量薄弱等问题;围绕人才培养目标定位,从国际化的师资队伍、课程体系和实践体系等三个方面,构建国际化旅游人才培养模式。

Research on the Cultivating Model of the International Tourism Talents

using literature induction,this paper analyzed the present situation from scale,level,subject,conditions and model;pointed out the problems such as position indistinct,single subject,demand dislocation,curriculum convergence,single cultivating way and weak teachers.Around the position,it constructed the cultivating model of international tourism talents from international teachers,international curriculum and international practice.
