| 摘 要： | 从三方面对电动公交车充换电站的运营进行了讨论:电池购买与租赁模式;按换电次数、按用电量、按行驶里程对电动公交车收费模式;分别由运营方和厂商单独运行维护以及共同运行维护模式。并分析了几种方式各自的优缺点。为保证电动汽车与充换电设施持续、快速发展,可以在运行初期由政府出台相关扶持政策,使充换电站达到盈亏平衡。

| Abstract: | This paper discuss the operation pattern of electric city bus battery-swap station in three aspects: battery buying pattern and battery rental pattern;paying for battery swap times,electricity consumption or roadhaul;operate by battery-swap station and manufacturer respectively or they operate battery-swap station together.Their merits and demerits are analyzed in the paper.In order to make the electric vehicle and charging & swapping facilities sustainable development,government could issue supporting policy to ensure the station is breakeven at early days. |
