| 摘 要： | 农村信用社作为农村金融的主力军,为了更有效解决"三农"问题,目前正在进行体制改革。本文通过对农村商业银行与农村合作银行在股权结构、法人治理结构及政策扶持等方面的比较,提出农村商业银行是农村信用社改革的最佳方向。

| Abstract: | As a major force of rural finance,rural credit cooperatives have been experiencing system reform to solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.The paper compares shareholding structure,corporate governance structure and policy treatment of rural commercial bank and rural cooperative bank,and puts forward that changing rural credit cooperatives to rural commercial bank is the reform direction. |
