制度变迁、功能缺失与农村金融体系改革深化

随着农村经济的变迁，我国农村金融服务的有效供给不是随之增长，反而趋于相对萎缩的态势，说明我国现有的农村金融体系依然存在缺陷，不能完全适应农村经济发展的要求。从制度层面分析，强制性制度变迁与单纯性机构扩张是其与农村经济发展体系不适应的主要原因，改革深化路径应当是功能优先与协同发展。

Institutional Change,Function Defect and Deepening of Reform in the Rural Financial System

With the continuous development of the rural economy, the supply of rural financial services has not risen, instead, it tends to be relatively shrinking. The defects still exists in the present rural financial system of our country, which can not completely adapt to the development of rural economy. In terms of the system, the compulsory institutional change and pure institutional expansion are the major causes for the rural financial system not being able to adapt to the development system of rural economy. The path for deepening the reform should be function priority and co- ordinated development.
