摘    要:本文通过解读莱商银行跨区域经营的发展动机、路径选择以及带来的显著变化等情况,认为中小城商行跨区域经营的成功有赖于其经营地域的变化和服务对象的稳定。中小城商行只有实现经营区域的“变”与客户特征的“不变”相结合,才能在跨区域经营中实现规模经济。

"The Changed" and "the Unchanged" in the Cross-Regional Operation of Small and Medium-Sized City Commercial Banks: A Case Study of Laishang Bank

Abstract:Through interpreting the development motive and choice of path of Laishang Bank' s cross-regional op- eration and the ensuing significant changes, this paper believes that the success of small and medium-sized city commer- cial banks in cross-regional operation lies in the change of its operation region and the stability of its service targets. On- ly through combining "the changed" regions and "the unchanged" clients, can small and medium-sized city commer- cial banks achieve economies of scale in cross-regional operation.
