| 摘 要： | 随着中国加入WTO,外资零售业进入的步伐大大加快,给本土零售企业带来了巨大的冲击。在乌鲁木齐发展大中型超市具有很大的潜力和可行性。新疆本土零售业在今后的发展中应通过努力开创名牌企业、适当扩张超市的规模和数量、创建自有品牌、注重人才培养等以求得更好的发展。 |

| Abstract: | After China entering WTO,the step of the foreign capital involving in retail business has been speeding up and brought a huge pressure and impact for the local retail enterprises.Making the feasibility analysis to their development conditions and the large and middle scale supermarkets' development,this paper has chosen the retail enterprises in Urumqi pointing out the potential and the feasibility of developing the large and middle scale supermarkets in Xinjiang.Through analyzing "Carrefour Supermarket Xiaoxigou Shop" and "Good Home Supermarket Dazhaigou Shop",puts forward the developmental goal and the measures for local retail business in Xingjiang. |
