| 摘 要： | 近年来,企业文化建设对企业发展的影响备受重视,但对这种影响的讨论,大多数文献都只停留在定性方面。文章以企业文化建设的实现形式为分析对象,利用单因素方差分析工具检验了企业文化建设对企业发展的影响,并分析了这种影响的方向与强度,最后提出本研究的主要结论与建议。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the effects from enterprises' culture construction to enterprises' development have been paid much attention.The literatures of the effects are mostly confined to qualitative aspects.While this study analyzes the realization form of enterprises' culture construction and the direction and intensity of the effects, and then tests the effects of enterprises' culture construction on enterprises' development with the analysis tool of one-way ANOVA.Finally, this study makes some suggestions for business implications. |
