| 摘 要： | 多目标决策(TOPSIS)非常适用于多个评价对象间的对比研究,是寻求横向差距的优良方案。将TOPSIS法应用在江苏省徐州市4个省级开发区土地集约利用评价中,试图在同类型开发区间进行比较,并将差距量化,从而帮助开发区寻找发展差距,做出科学决策。研究表明:TOPSIS法能够在充分应用评价指标原始信息的基础上,体现评价对象的集团特征,并且在一定程度上克服现有方法横向对比性差的弊端。

| Abstract: | Abstract;TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution) is a method which is suitable for contrastive study among many objects.This paper applies TOPSIS to the assessment of intensive land use in the development zones of Xuzhou City,in an attempt to quantify the differences in the process of comparison and disclose the disparities in development so as to make scientific decisions.The research indicates that by making full use of original information,the improved TOPSIS method can fully reflect the group characteristics of the evaluated objects,to some extent,overcome the disadvantage of the conventional method in lateral comDarison. |
