| 摘 要： | 通过对工程变更与施工索赔的定义、内容、处理程序、定价方式等方面的区别和分析，提出承包商应合理利用工程变更条款，设法通过工程变更的方式解决工程变化的问题。并对比举例说明了工程变更处理的结果，能使承包商有效地获得利益。

| Abstract: | Through distinguishing between project variation and construction claim in the definition, the content, the procedure and the determination methods of unit cost, the paper proposes that the contractors should reasonably utilize the items of project variation, and manage to solve the problems in project varieties by project variation. Moreover, illustration shows the result that make contractors availability gain their interest. |
