| 摘 要： | 以招标价、招标收入、招标费用等为主要变量,从纯经济的角度构建招标采购量模型。分析显示,除增加 采购数量以降低招标价格外,有效控制招标费用是获利的关键因素。

| Abstract: | We should take the price,the income and the expense of inviting tenders as the main varibles to set up the mode of the purchase quantity of inviting tenders from the angle of economics only. Besides increasing the purchase quantity to decrease the price of inviting tenders. The analysis also shows that efficiently controlling the expense of inviting tenders is a key factor to obtain benefit. |
