| Abstract: | The construction of the policy system to support agriculture is one of the key methods to balance the relationship between industry and agriculture and to promote the harmonious development of urban and rural areas.Based on the current situation in China,the construction of such policy system shall be implemented in four aspects: guiding principles,desired goal,policy content,and guarantee system. |
