| 摘 要： | 生产制造型企业必须采购大量的零部件进行生产,因此零部件库存管理极其重要。随着供应链管理的发展,供应商库存管理作为一种先进库存管理理念逐渐流行起来。文章对供应链管理模式下的制造型企业原材料VMI运行管理模式进行了分析,并举例说明了制造型企业实施VMI库存管理模式的效果。

| Abstract: | The manufacturing enterprises must purchase large amount of component in producing,therefore component stock control is very important.With the development of supply chain management,VMI pattern becomes popular gradually as one kind of advanced stock control idea.This article analyses VMI pattern apply in raw material management of manufacturing enterprises in supply chain management,and cites an example by way of explanation effect of VMI stock control into practice in manufacturing enterprises. |
