| 摘 要： | 理论与实证研究表明,用“一、二产业产值比例“、“人均国内生产总值“、“城市化率“、“一、二产业就业比例“四个指标加权综合测度我国工业化进程是科学适用的;实证表明湖北处在工业化的中期阶段,与沿海发达地区比有差距;要加速湖北工业化进程,主要应从调整工业内部结构,发展二级中心城市,形成新的产业链,打造品牌产品,加强项目管理五个方面着手解决问题。

| Abstract: | Theoretical research and practical evidences show that the following four weighting indexes are scientifically suitable to measure industrialization process of China : value proportion between primary and secondary industry,GDP per capital,urbanization rate and employment proportion between primary and secondary industry.The practical evidence indicates that Hubei province is in the middle of industrialization process,while gaps still exist between Hubei and coastal advanced areas.In order to accelerate industrialization process of Hubei,we should solve the problem from the following five aspects: adjusting the industrial internal structure,developing secondary central cities,forming new industrial chain,making brand name products and strengthening management of the projects. |
