| 摘 要： | "夹心层"住房问题产生于房地产市场的失衡和社会保障的缺位。虽然可以借鉴香港的"公屋"模式,但在我国存在着政府思维、房源、"夹心层"特殊的住房需求、与经济适用房和限价房等的协调统一和监管等方面的障碍,使得实行公租房难以解决"夹心层"的住房问题。作者认为,通过政府补贴政策和金融政策的引导,促进住房租赁市场的发展才是解决之道。
