| 摘 要： | 总结国内外科技成果转化的典型案例,系统地分析其技术转移模式、转化平台搭建和运营管理机制等方面的做法及特点,归纳与总结其在科技成果转化体制机制上的创新之处,并探索从政府监督引导、产学研介合作、成立专业机构、注重长远效益等方面给出进一步推动科技成果转化的思考和建议。

| Abstract: | Summarize the typical cases of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements at home and abroad,systematically analyze the practices and characteristics of its technology transfer mode,transformation platform construction and operation management mechanism,summarize its innovations in the transformation mechanism of scientific and technological achievements,and explore thoughts and suggestions for further promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements from the aspects of government supervision and guidance,industry-university research and cooperation,establishment of professional institutions and focusing on long-term benefits. |
