| Abstract: | The paper synthesizes the definitions and views of Enterprise Cluster and Strategic Alliance of worldwide scholars in different periods and then demonstrates the different connotations of them.With a further analysis,it compares the similarities and distinctions between Enterprise Cluster and Strategic Alliance to make clear the recognition of them and reduce the possibility of confusion,which can facilitate others to put forward efficient suggestions to promote the development of Enterprise Cluster and Strategic Alliance. |
