| 摘 要： | 分析恩格尔系数、政府令、土地级差与经济适用房用地选址的关系,建立经济适用房用地选址模型,并通过层次分析法确定影响经济适用房选址的因素权重,采用定性和定量相结合的方法分析选址方案,为经济适用房的选址提供依据.

| Abstract: | On the basis of Engel coefficient, government order, land differential and the relation of economic and functional houses with site selection, this paper sets up the model of site selection of economic and functional houses. Weight factors to affect site selection of economic and functional houses are derived from APH method and site selection plan is analyzed by using quantitative and qualitative analysis method. |
