| 摘 要： | CEPA是中国入世以来签署的第一份自由贸易法案，它在某些领域的给惠程度甚至超出了WTO的有关承诺。CEPA的签署，标志着中国香港与大陆经贸一体化进程的深化，不仅有利于香港经济的复苏和转型，也为两地经贸合作带来了机遇，CEPA将是两地互动发展的驱动剂。

| Abstract: | CEPA is the first free-trade act signed by China since its entry to the WTO. The act has offered more preference to some
extent than its commitment to the WTO. The execution of the act is a mark of trade integration of the mainland and Hong Kong,
which not only facilitates Hong Kong's economic revival and transformation but also brings opportunities of economic cooperation.
The paper holds that CEPA will act as an engine to mutual development between the two regions. |
