摘    要:
为探索新的医学教学方式,在临床医学生动物实验教学中,分别采取传统教学和TBL教学法。实验结束后对两组学生进行考核以评价教学效果。结果:实验报告上两组无显著差异,但实验组操作技能考核成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。TBL教学法有利于调动学生的学习积极性,提高了学生的动手能力,并能有效促进学生团队合作精神。

Abstract:
In order to explore new teaching method of medical experiment,in the animal experiment teaching for clinical medical students,we adopts the traditional teaching and the TBL teaching method respectively.After the experiment on two groups of students,it evaluates the teaching effect.Results: the two groups had no significant difference in experiment report,but the result of experiment group was better than the control group in operation skills(P <0.05).TBL plays an important role in motivating the students,improving the students' practical ability and developing team spirit of students.
