| Abstract: | Combined with the author's teaching practice,aimed at the actual situation for the higher vocational colleges,this paper respectively discusses the necessary conditions for teaching innovation in the context of curriculum reform from teaching philosophy,level of teachers,teacher-student relationship,classroom management,teaching methods five aspects,in order to enhance the vocational teaching effect and enhance teachers' teaching ability. |
