| Abstract: | Based on the theory of cost flow,a dynamic recycling network model is developed to solve the path problem of waste paper in the transportation network,which can avoid the disabler of rotating-transporting and path selection in the classic transportation problem.Finally,a simulation example is given to show the superiority of the new model. |
