| 摘 要： | 有效的供应链绩效评估体系是实现供应链优化的基础。结合国内外关于供应链绩效管理方面的研究,针对当前企业缺乏供应链绩效评估标准等问题,对供应链环节中的主要绩效指标作出详细解释,并通过应用分析予以说明,最后建立起一种较为系统的供应链绩效评估体系,进而为提高供应链运作绩效、实现供应链价值增值提供参考依据。
