| Abstract: | On the basis of "Push-pull" theory,the paper constructs "integrated model" on the transfer of rural labor force,starting from the whole process of the labor force transfer and considering the practical situation in China,which tries to interpret the factors affecting the transfer in the industrialization process of China,and to put forward some proposals and countermeasures. |
