移动旅游App服务评价体系研究

为了科学评估移动旅游应用服务评价的基本框架,准确构建影响人们使用移动旅游App服务各影响因素之间的逻辑结构,文章基于UTAUT模型的基础上,提出研究的模型框架,建立相应的测量指标体系。以采集的服务满意度调查数据为基础,为进行结构方程模型的验证分析奠定基础,并为评价移动旅游App服务评价体系提供参考意见。

Research on Evaluation System of Mobile Tourism App Service

In order to scientifically evaluate the basic framework of mobile tourism Application service evaluation and accurately construct the logical structure among the factors that affect people's use of mobile tourism App services,this paper based on the UTAUT model,The model frame of this paper is put forward,and the corresponding measurement index system is established.Based on the collected data of service satisfaction survey,the dimension of the index system and the weight of the index are distributed through the fitting factor load.It lays a foundation for the validation and analysis of the structural equation model and provides advice for evaluating the App service evaluation system of mobile tourism.
