| 摘 要： | 2009年年初"两会"期间,官员财产申报制度再次引发公众关注和热议,本文重新审视官员财产申报制度的必要性,剖析了我国官员财产申报制度困境、成因,指出实施的阻力主要来自于官员阶层,探讨国外成功经验,寻求适合我国官员财产申报制度的出路。

| Abstract: | During NPC ＆ CPPPC 2009, the official property dedaration system drew great attention and hot discussion of the public once more. The article scanned the necessity of official property declaration system over again, analyzed the reason of official property declaration system dilemma, which pointed out that the resistance of implementation mainly came from the official The article also explored the successful experience abroad, tried to seek a suitable way for official property declaration system in China. |
