| 摘 要： | 城市的可持续发展能力要受到经济、社会、资源、环境等多个因素的影响,本文借鉴国内外关于城市可持续发展能力的研究方法,构建评价城市可持续发展能力的指标体系,通过指标评价模型,对成都和重庆两个城市的可持续发展能力进行分析和比较,并提出改进措施。

| Abstract: | the city capability of sustainable development can be affected by many factors including economy、 society、 resources、 environment etc.This paper draws lessons from research ways in and out our country,and conceives the valuation index system about the city capability of sustainable development.Through the valuation pattern,the paper analyses the capability of these two cities and offers the improving measures. |
