我国发达地区城乡经济关系比较研究

本文以辽宁、山东、浙江、广东四省为代表，就发达地区城乡经济关系的发展变化进行了全面比较．首先，对１９７９年以前的分析表明，这一时期，尽管发达地区“先天基础”较好，但是缺乏城乡经济关系协调发展的体制环境，城乡经济关系不但演进缓慢，而且共性大于个性。其次，对１９７９年以来的分析表明，这一时期，发达地区在经济改革和对外开放的新形势下，城乡经济关系变动剧烈，其个性特征也日益明显。最后，作者认为，地区经济总体发展状况、轻重工业比例状况、乡镇企业状况、农业发展状况，中小城市状况，这是形成城乡经济关系地区差异的基本因素。

Comparative Research on Economic Relations Between Cities and Townships in Developed Regions in China

Abstract The paper takes four developed provinces as examples and gives us a full comparation about the development and change of economic relations between cities and townships. Before 1979, the developed regions had a better foundation, but they lacked coordinative development system. After 1979, in the new situation of reform and open to outside, the economic relations in developed regions experiences great changes and the individual characters begin to play their roles. In the author's opinion. there are several factors that form the differences in the economic relations between cities and townships.
